Hello, I’m Allyn.

I am a public health executive and coach. I spent the last 15 years advancing strategy, research and organizational impact with a public health lens. I prioritize collaboration and equity, and support leaders through transitions; integrating insights from art, science, and health.

I created the Liminal Leadership Practice to support leaders and organizations through complex transitions; blending insight, evidence, and creativity to shape sustainable change.

I studied basic sciences and anthropology at University of California, Davis. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and attended graduate school at the University of Washington’s for my Masters in Public Health.

    This is a block of time clients and/ or their teams to come together and brainstorm ideas or triage challenges as a group. I lead and/ or facilitate discussions.

MY PROCESS

I started this practice because change is hard for me. Uncertainty is a good teacher. I learned to lean into curiosity instead of control. What began as a personal process has become a leadership approach—helping others navigate transitions and those in between spaces with presence.

Together, we co-create the habits, strategies, and systems needed to tackle what matters most to you and your organization—building capacity, resilience, and alignment.
